Hello and Welcome!
My name is Krissy and thank you for being here.
As a spiritual and plant medicine integration practitioner, I support individuals both in preparing for and integrating transformational experiences.
This includes intention-setting and guidance leading up to a spiritual pilgrimage, plant medicine journey or plant dieta, as well as ongoing support afterward to help make sense of what emerged and weave those insights into daily life in sustainable, grounded & embodied ways.
My work centers on nervous system awareness, somatic exploration, and compassionate inquiry. Together, we slow down, clarify intentions, reflect on ceremonial experiences, and create personalised practices that help you stay connected to your inner wisdom long after the experience has passed. This is not about fixing or forcing transformation, but about learning how to relate to yourself, your choices, and your life with greater presence, integrity, and alignment.

During my sessions, you can expect:
The creation of a safe space where you can feel seen and heard.
The facilitation of a sharing opportunity where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a supportive and compassionate environment.
Some actionable items to continue on your journey of healing and evolving.
Preparation:
Together, we determine and clarify intentions, journeying through fears and / or resistances, aspects of being that you would like to focus on and get clarity around and determine resources for a meaningful and safe ceremony.
An intention is like an open invitation to co-create with the Universe and it often focuses on how we want to feel instead of what we want to achieve.

Integration:
Here we revisit meaningful moments from ceremony and anchor their wisdom into daily living. We establish practices that will help you carry transformation into daily life and harvest insights so that you can create daily rituals and practices to support alignment with your true nature.
The invitation from the plants is not perfection, but presence. To listen closely and to act in alignment with our deepest knowing. Integration is where this understanding is applied – where daily decisions extend the ceremony and every breath becomes a practice of embodiment.
Integration is where healing becomes embodied.
